Concert not showing?

Concerts show within 48 hours of listing them with our ticketing partners.

Learn how to list your concerts on Spotify

We use artist IDs our ticketing partners create to match concerts with your artist profile.

Check your profile links to the right artist ID:

1. Log in to artists.spotify.com.
2. Click View Profile in the top-left.
3. Click LIVE EVENTS.
4. Click the ticketing partner to see your artist ID.

If your artist ID is right but your concert isn’t showing, reach out to the ticketing partner.

Wrong artist ID?

Click Report a problem. You’ll need to submit info including the right artist ID.

If you don’t know your artist ID, reach out to the ticketing partner.

Wrong concert info?

Reach out to the ticketing partner to update the info in your concert listings.
