Getting access to Spotify for Artists

Spotify for Artists lets you:

  • See your audience stats
  • Promote your music
  • Manage your artist profile

When your profile’s claimed you also get a blue verification check mark.

There's a web browser version at artists.spotify.com and a Spotify for Artists app on iOS and Android.

Note: Spotify for Artists is currently only available in English.

Artists and managers

  • Ask your team to invite you
    If someone on your team already has access, ask them to send you an invite.
  • Get instant access with a distributor
    Deliver music with a preferred provider? You automatically get access to Spotify for Artists.
  • Claim an artist profile
    Your request gets manually reviewed, so it might take a few days to get access. You’ll need to verify via the artist’s social channels.

Labels and distributors

  • Ask your team to invite you
    If someone on your team already has access, ask them to send you an invite. You can also ask the artist or manager to invite you.
  • Join or create a label team
    Your request gets manually reviewed, so it might take a few days to get access. If you create a label team you’ll need to share some tracks or albums your company owns.

Claiming before your first release goes live?

Ask your label or distributor for your artist link or URI. It'll start spotify.com/artist or spotify:artist.

When you claim your artist profile, paste your artist link or URI in the What profile are you claiming? page.

Claiming multiple profiles?

Once you have access to Spotify for Artists, use Add Artist to claim your other artist profiles:

  1. Log in to Spotify for Artists.
  2. Select your artist image in the top.
  3. Web browser: Click your name then Add artist.
    App: Tap Request access to an artist.
