Recently we popped over to meet with Sir Elton John.
Elton John needs no introduction—so we’ll keep it brief—but we were very excited to spend a little time with the legendary singer-songwriter for our monthly series Best Advice. Even by his standards, the 72-year-old’s closing out a fantastically busy year, looping the globe for his farewell tour as well as promoting his page-turner autobiography simply titled Me, which comes hot on the heels of his Golden Globe-nominated biopic Rocketman.
Given his career has spanned half a century, his popularity flourishing through wild trends and changeable decades, the flamboyant singer certainly has a lot of experience to pull from and plenty of advice to dispense, but that doesn’t mean he’s above taking counsel from others.
